Windows and Doors PU FOAM

Our professional-grade, single-component polyurethane foam is specifically engineered for the precise installation and permanent sealing of doors and windows. This advanced expanding foam addresses the core challenges faced by builders and installers: creating a durable, airtight, and insulated seal that lasts the lifetime of the building. By seamlessly filling gaps of any shape or size, it ensures that fenestration elements are securely anchored, weatherproofed, and thermally optimized, delivering superior performance from the moment of application.

    1
Exceptional Adhesion and Gap-Filling Capacity: This foam exhibits strong, permanent adhesion to a wide range of common construction materials, including concrete, brick, masonry, wood, PVC, and aluminum. Its key characteristic is controlled, high-yield expansion, which allows it to flow into and completely fill deep, irregular, and hard-to-reach cavities around window and door frames. This creates a continuous, monolithic seal that bridges inconsistencies in the substrate, eliminating the weak points where drafts, moisture, and noise typically penetrate.
    2
Superior Thermal Insulation and Airtightness: The cured foam possesses a predominantly closed-cell structure, which is fundamental to its insulating performance. Each sealed cell traps inert gas, creating an extremely effective barrier against heat transfer. This drastically reduces thermal bridging around openings, minimizing heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, which directly contributes to lower energy costs and enhanced indoor comfort. Simultaneously, the perfect gap-fill achieves an excellent airtight seal, preventing uncontrolled air infiltration and exfiltration that compromise building energy efficiency.
    3
Structural Reinforcement and Sound Dampening: Unlike simple filler materials, the cured polyurethane foam develops significant rigidity and compressive strength. It provides substantial mechanical support to window and door frames, helping to distribute operational stresses and wind loads, which prevents frame distortion and ensures smooth, long-term operation. Furthermore, the dense, cellular matrix of the cured foam effectively absorbs and dampens sound wave vibrations, significantly reducing the transmission of airborne noise through perimeter gaps and contributing to a quieter interior environment.
    4
Moisture Resistance and Durability: The closed-cell nature of the foam makes it highly resistant to moisture absorption. It will not rot, wick water, or promote mildew growth within its structure, helping to protect the integrity of the surrounding building elements from water damage. The material is also stable across a wide temperature range and resistant to aging, ensuring the longevity of the seal without shrinking, crumbling, or losing adhesion over time.

For optimal results, apply the foam to clean, stable, and dust-free surfaces. Lightly dampening mineral substrates (like concrete or brick) with water prior to application can enhance curing. The ideal application temperature is between +5°C and +30°C. Using a professional-grade applicator gun allows for precise, controlled dispensing. The foam is tack-free within 15-25 minutes and can be trimmed or shaped after approximately 1-2 hours. Full cure and final physical properties are attained within 24 hours, depending on climate conditions, foam depth, and substrate.

    Installation & Structural Fixation
Primary Adhesive for Frames: Serves as a high-strength structural adhesive for securely installing and bonding window and door frames (made of PVC, wood, aluminum, or composite materials) into rough openings in masonry, concrete, brick, or wooden walls.
Load Distribution and Stabilization: Fills the entire cavity between the frame and the wall, creating a uniform bearing surface that distributes mechanical loads (e.g., from wind pressure or operation), stabilizes the frame, and prevents twisting or sagging over time.

    02

    Comprehensive Sealing & Gap Filling
Airtight and Weatherproof Seal: Creates a continuous air barrier and weather seal around the entire perimeter of the unit. This effectively blocks drafts, prevents water infiltration from rain or snow, and stops dust and insects from entering the building envelope.
Filling Irregular Gaps and Voids: Expands to fill irregular, hard-to-reach cavities, shrinkage gaps, and construction tolerances between the frame and the wall, ensuring a complete and void-free seal.

    03

    Performance Enhancement
Thermal Insulation: Significantly reduces heat transfer (thermal bridging) through the frame-to-wall junction, improving the overall energy efficiency of the building and reducing heating/cooling costs.
Sound Insulation/Acoustic Dampening: The foam's porous structure helps dampen airborne noise (e.g., traffic, street noise) transmitted through gaps around windows and doors, contributing to a quieter indoor environment.
Moisture & Condensation Control: By creating a warm, sealed edge, it helps raise the interior surface temperature around the frame, thereby reducing the risk of condensation and potential mold growth.
