High quality Montage Nail Free Glue with a premium formula, has a concentrated glue, dries quickly, is highly durable, not easy to break or become brittle after curing and has good resistance to all harsh out door weather conditions.

It suitable for many construction and finishing jobs. .Commonly used for gluing baseboards, thresholds, various panels, ceramic tiles and decorative elements made of wood, plaster, cork MDF and OSB. Excellent adhesion to bricks, ceramics, plywood, wood and plastic.

Clean and sand the surface before using, making sure the two surfaces are clean, dry and free of grease and dirt.

Cut the glue tube nozzle, puncture the inside opening, insert the glue bottle into the glue gun.

Pump glue continuously into lines, or dot each point.

Stick the two surface together,then moving them apart ,ensure solvent evaporates completely.

Hold firmly and press firmly on both surfaces.Use clamps or wire to hold the large surface until the glue dries.

Does the nail-free adhesive contain formaldehyde?
No.

Why do transparent nail-free adhesive bubbles appear after curing?
The solvent evaporates quickly and easily forms bubbles, but this does not affect the adhesion.

What is the highest temperature that nail-free adhesive can withstand?
After complete curing, it can withstand temperatures of approximately 60-100℃. It is recommended that the surface temperature of the substrate not exceed 40℃ during application.
