    Exceptional Durability and Elasticity: The sealant exhibits outstanding elastic recovery (typically exceeding 80%), allowing it to accommodate the natural movement, vibration, and thermal expansion/contraction of building materials—from concrete and masonry to metals, wood, and most plastics. It effectively bridges joint movements (often up to ±25% to ±50% of the joint width) without cracking, splitting, or losing adhesion, ensuring a permanent, watertight seal.

    Superior Adhesion: It bonds tenaciously to a wide range of common construction substrates without the need for a primer in most cases. This strong adhesion resists weathering, moisture, and UV exposure, preventing sealant failure and substrate damage.

    Excellent Weather and UV Resistance: Formulated with advanced polyurethane technology, the sealant maintains its performance and color stability under prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, snow, and temperature extremes (typically from -40°C to 80°C or more).
